Who I am

AvB is the trading name of A VS. B CREATIVE LTD, company number 16793120, registered at 43 Havenhill Road, Tetbury, GL8 8TE. Email alec@avbconsulting.co.uk with any question about your data.

What I collect

• Your name, work email and company, when you sign up, take the test or book a call.
• Your answers to the Value Trap test.
• Any creative you upload for a No One Cares Review.

Why I collect it

• To send you what you asked for: your test result and your Review.
• To prepare for a call you've booked.
• To email you now and then with what I'm learning, if you agreed to it.

I rely on your consent for marketing emails. For everything else, I rely on providing the service you asked for.

Your creative

Only you and I see it. The AI service that scores it processes it on my behalf. I never share it or use it as an example without your written permission.

Who else handles it

Squarespace runs this website and its forms. The Value Trap test and the No One Cares Review run on a web app. To score your creative, the app sends it to Anthropic's Claude AI model, and reads your company's public website and independent reviews. These services process data on my behalf only. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

24 months after we last spoke, unless we work together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop my emails, at any time. Email alec@avbconsulting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
